What Started as a Roof Repair
What started as a roof repair turned into something much bigger.
After removing the first layer of shingles, we discovered rot underneath. Insurance didn’t approve the framing replacement, but we wanted to help our elderly homeowner get the repairs they needed. We absorbed much of the cost and replaced the damaged framing before completing the roof.
The finished project: 24 squares of TAMKO Titan shingles, with a solid foundation underneath.
